Reminder….the deadline for submitting applications is February 1, 2023!

2022 Applications:

The Arkansas Spa Pacers Running Club of Hot Springs is accepting applications for the
Buzz Wilson Scholarship. Mr. Buzz Wilson was an active member of the Spa Pacers for
many years who provided encouragement to all runners and organized many running events in
Hot Springs.

Scholarships are awarded each year to high school seniors planning to
attend college in the fall, involved in the sport of running and/or walking for fitness, and
exemplify the principles identified in the Spa Pacer’s mission statement.

Applications should be submitted to the Arkansas Spa Pacers Running Club and
postmarked no later than February 1, 2023.

Note: The application must be accompanied by a short letter of recommendation from a teacher, athletic coach, or someone who has knowledge of the students’ running activities.
